本文对早产母亲孕产期的某些因素进行了调查分析,结果报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 调查对象为我院1996年1月～1997年2月产科分娩的95例早产儿为观察组,随机抽取100例非早产病例为对照组。1.2 调查内容产妇年龄、职业、妊娠期感染、分娩情况及胎儿情况等。1.3 结果早产与产妇年龄、职业、胎膜早破、妊娠高血压及胎儿异常关系密切。异常孕产史包括流产、双胎、死胎、胎位不正等;胎儿异常包括畸形、先天愚型、呼吸窘迫综合征,围产或窒息。 In this paper, some factors of prematurity mother’s pregnancy were investigated and analyzed, the results are reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 The survey of our hospital from January 1996 to February 1997, 95 cases of preterm delivery of obstetrics as observation group, randomized 100 cases of non-premature children were selected as the control group. 1.2 Survey content Maternal age, occupation, pregnancy infection, childbirth and fetal conditions. 1.3 Results of preterm birth and maternal age, occupation, premature rupture of membranes, pregnancy-induced hypertension and fetal abnormalities are closely related. Abnormal history of pregnancy, including miscarriage, twins, stillbirths, fetal position is not correct; fetal abnormalities, including deformities, Down’s syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome, perinatal or asphyxia.
