目的分析基层医院输液室感染管理存在的现状,探讨预防控制感染管理的措施。方法笔者密切关注所在医院输液室在软件和硬件条件建设方面的状况同时,走访了本县多所有二三级医院。结果发现好多基层医院输液室患者拥挤、布局流程不合理、环境差、消毒隔离制度落实不到位、知识缺乏自我防护能力差、医务人员手卫生差、虽然有诸多流程及法规制度成为徒有其表的摆设,注定随时会有医院感染发生。结论新形势下基层医院输液室感染管理需要领导重视再重视是关键,再配合一支优秀的院感专职人员,加强对输液室所有人员培训、沟通、指导、督查等,是解决目前基层医院输液室感染管理现状必备条件。 Objective To analyze the existing status of infusion room infection management in grass-roots hospitals and to explore measures to prevent and control infection.
