针对砂岩质煤矸石硅含量高、可塑性低的特点,通过大量试验,研究利用其制作合格烧结砖的方法。通过分析砂岩质煤矸石及添加剂的化学成分,不同添加剂对瘠性物料的增塑机理,以及不同配比方案的综合热分析,研究了添加剂对砂岩质煤矸石烧结砖的影响,发现通过优选添加剂的种类和掺加比例,选取适宜的焙烧温度,砂岩质煤矸石也能够成为制砖原料,为砂岩质煤矸石的资源化利用开辟新的途径。
Aiming at the high silicon content and low plasticity of gangue gangue, a large number of experiments were conducted to study the method of making qualified sintered brick.
