2011年4月27日,“‘红领巾心向党’全国少先队爱党教育研讨班”举行了“少先队工作情境模拟竞赛”。12名来自全国各地的辅导员经历了“少先队基础知识问答”、“辅导员工作情境模拟问答”等环节的比赛,用他们的教育理念、实践行动为全国的辅导员同行们上了一堂开启思路的少先队工作示范课。比赛中的“情境模拟题”分一类题和二类题,难度系数相应递增,选手们迎难而上,竞相挑战情境模拟二类题,各抒己见,展开热烈的讨论。
