三级跳远是中学体育教学大纲中规定的一项教材。它技术结构复杂,支撑的负荷量大;方法不当,还容易出现伤害事故。因此,学生开始接触这个项目时,往往会产生畏惧心理。怎样才能排除学生的心理障碍,使他们既能学会三级跳远的技术动作,又不出现伤害事故呢?我根据青少年生理、心理的特点和三级跳远的技术结构特点,采用三阶段教法,收到了较好的效果。现将三阶段教法介绍如下(教学安排总授课时数为156分钟。其中身体素质练习8次,占64分钟;专项练习4次,占32分钟;技术练习3次,占60分钟):
The triple jump is a teaching material stipulated in the physical education syllabus for secondary schools. Its technical structure is complex, and it supports a large amount of load. Improper method, it is also prone to injury accidents. Therefore, when students start to contact this project, they often have fear. How can we eliminate the students’ psychological barriers so that they can learn technical movements of triple jumps without causing injury accidents? I use the three-stage teaching method according to the physiological, psychological characteristics of teenagers and the technical structure of the triple jump. Received better results. The three-stage teaching method is introduced as follows (The total number of teaching hours for the teaching arrangement is 156 minutes. Among them, physical fitness exercises are performed 8 times, accounting for 64 minutes; special exercises are performed 4 times, accounting for 32 minutes; technical exercises are performed 3 times, accounting for 60 minutes):
