15例肾母细胞瘤患者术前、术后行放射治疗，5年生存率达40％（6／15），疗效较差．可能因病期较晚、手术与放疗间隔时间长、未行正规化疗等．
Fifteen patients with nephroblastoma were treated with radiotherapy before and after surgery. The 5-year survival rate was 40% (6/15), with poor efficacy. May be late due to illness, surgery and radiotherapy interval for a long time, not formal chemotherapy.
