为筛选适合湖南烟区稻田烤烟移栽营养土,采用盆栽试验研究了不同移栽营养土对烟株根系和地上部生长及干物质积累的影响。结果表明:移栽营养土处理均好于对照,对于地下部分,移栽营养土能有效提高烟株根系活力,增大根系体积、根系表面积和总根长,同时还能增加根尖数和根系分支数;对于地上部分,移栽营养土能有效提高烟株株高、茎围、叶片数和最大叶面积,同时还能显著增加干物质积累量。其中以草炭+菇渣+锯木屑+秸秆粉+生物炭+火土灰+促根营养液处理效果最为显著,而单施营养液效果有限。说明营养土移栽能有效促进烟株地下部和地上部的生长及干物质积累。
In order to screen suitable transplanting nutritious soil for flue-cured tobacco in Hunan tobacco field, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different transplanting nutritive soils on the growth and dry matter accumulation of roots and shoots. The results showed that the transplanted nutritious soil was better than the control. For the underground part, the transplanted nutritive soil could effectively increase the root activity, increase the root volume, root surface area and total root length, meanwhile increase root tip number and root system For the aerial part, transplanting nutrition soil can effectively increase plant height, stem circumference, leaf number and maximum leaf area of tobacco plant, and also increase dry matter accumulation significantly. Among them, peat + mushroom residue + sawdust + straw powder + biochar + fire ash + root-promoting nutrient solution was the most effective treatment, while the effect of single nutrient solution was limited. The results showed that the transplanting of nutritious soil could effectively promote the growth and accumulation of dry matter in underground and shoots of tobacco plants.
