当今,企业改革主要是以“产权改革”为核心,整体进行改革的。但是在这种改革制度下,有些职工在心理和心态上会出现多变,复杂,甚至产生急躁的情绪。面对这种状况,如果不及时对员工的心态进行引导和调整,往往会强烈影响企业改革速度以及社会的稳定。因此就需要深入理解职工思想动态,做好职工思想疏导工作,采取积极有效的措施,以促进企业的制度改革。
