本文介绍了MLC15铆钉断头的故障概况,以及在材质和工艺调查后进行空铆试验的情况。在对断头原因进行深入分析的基础上提出了改进措施。
This article presents an overview of MLC15 rivet breakdowns, as well as an empty rivet test after material and process investigation. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the breakage, some improvement measures are put forward.
