在高职教育改革不断深入的背景下,教学理论和教学模式的不断变化。世界各国的优秀教育模式都值得我们参考。外科护理是护理专业学生的主干课程。本文作者按照美国DQP框架,建立外科护理课程成果导向的教学评价体系,并提出按照护士岗位要求,以成果为导向,以学生为中心的具体的、科学的,具有可操作性的教学成果评价体系。教师主要在教学设计和教学控制中充分发挥引导、激励、支持和反馈的作用。
Under the background of deepening reform in higher vocational education, teaching theory and teaching patterns are constantly changing. All countries in the world of outstanding educational models are worth our reference. Surgical nursing is the main course for nursing students. According to the DQP framework in the United States, the author establishes a teaching evaluation system of outcome oriented surgical nursing courses and puts forward a specific, scientific and operable evaluation system of teaching achievements based on nurses’ post requirements, results-oriented and student-centered approaches . Teachers mainly give full play to the role of guidance, encouragement, support and feedback in instructional design and teaching control.
