本文论述了微博时代下高校学生的信息素养的新变化与需求,通过调研分析微博使用情况,指出高校学生对焦点微博内容须具备一定的的分析鉴别能力,同时根据目前高校的舆情现状,和微博舆情发展与高校传统舆情管理方式的冲突,建议微博时代下的高校舆情管理需要“主动出击”和“对症下药”。
This paper discusses the new changes and needs of college students’ information literacy in the era of Weibo. By analyzing and analyzing the usage of Weibo, we point out that university students should have certain ability of analyzing and distinguishing the focus of Weibo content. At the same time, according to the current situation of public opinion in colleges and universities, , And the conflict between the development of microblogging public opinion and the traditional public opinion management in colleges and universities.
