目的研究自制肾上腺素盐液冲洗液对前列腺手术后局部创面的止血疗效。方法将患者116例分为63例治疗组与53例对照组。治疗组使用肾上腺素盐液作为冲洗液,而对照组仅使用盐液作为冲洗液,分别对前列腺术后的患者进行持续膀胱对流冲洗。结果治疗组之流出液呈浓稠红以上性质的消除时间明显短于对照组,且患者数比例多,治疗组之流出液转呈淡红以下性质的时间及患者比例数的增加速度明显快于对照组。结论肾上腺素盐液冲洗液对前列腺术后的创面广泛大渗血,止血速度快而有效,无明显不良反应。
Objective To study the effect of self-made epinephrine saline solution on the local wound healing after prostatectomy. Methods 116 patients were divided into 63 treatment groups and 53 control groups. The treatment group used epinephrine salt solution as a flushing fluid, while the control group only used salt solution as a flushing fluid, respectively, for patients after prostatic surgery for continuous bladder convection flushing. Results In the treatment group, the elimination time of the extract with thick red color was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the number of patients was more than that of the treatment group. The time of the following properties of the effluent of the treatment group and the proportion of patients increased significantly faster Control group. Conclusion Epinephrine saline solution extensively oozes the wounds after prostatectomy, has fast and effective hemostasis, and has no obvious adverse reactions.
