为了研究弹性构架对车辆系统振动响应的影响,结合FE软件ANSYS和MBS软件SIMPACK,通过在SIMPACK前处理程序FEMBS中生成弹性构架的标准输入文件,在SIMPACK中建立刚柔耦合的车辆系统动力学模型,并把转向架构架考虑为弹性体。通过仿真计算,获得了车辆系统的位移、加速度、振动频率等振动响应特性。对比分析结果表明,弹性构架对系统的振动响应强于刚性构架,且加宽了系统的振动频率范围。
In order to study the influence of the elastic frame on the vibration response of the vehicle system, by combining the FE software ANSYS and the MBS software SIMPACK, a rigid-flexible coupled vehicle system dynamics model is established in the SIMPACK by generating a standard input file of the elastic framework in the SIMPACK preprocessor FEMBS And consider the bogie frame as an elastomer. Through the simulation calculation, the vibration response characteristics of vehicle system such as displacement, acceleration and vibration frequency are obtained. The results of comparative analysis show that the vibration response of the elastic frame to the system is stronger than that of the rigid frame, and the vibration frequency range of the system is widened.
