过去,很多塔吊的电源电缆为自由拖动,没有收放装置,不但损耗大不经济,而且也不安全。长沙市建筑工程公司二工区自行设计成功了一种自动收放电源电缆的滚筒装置,效果比较好,已在几个省的兄弟单位推广使用。该装置由四部份组成:1.传动——利用行走轮齿轮带动,2.控制杆——控制离合器的启合;3.滚缆筒——随离合器的启合而停、转,绕缠收放电缆;4.集电箱——电源与内线的接头处。自动收放电缆原理:利用塔吊行走轮的转动,通过传动轴和离合器带动滚缆筒,使塔吊
