1 前言 EDTA能与铁、铜、钙、镁等多种金属离子形成可溶性的稳定络合物,作为锅炉清洗剂,它具有很多优点,不但对氧化铁和铜垢类沉积物以及钙镁垢类有较强的除垢能力,且清洗中产生的沉渣物少,不易堵塞管道;对金属的腐蚀性很小,清洗后能在金属表面形成较好的防腐钝化膜,无需另行钝化,既简化了清洗工艺,又可缩短清洗时间;并可用于清洗奥氏体钢或其它特种钢制成的锅炉设备。另外,EDTA在高温下分解成二氧化碳和水,对于结构复杂的锅炉,即使有排不干净的残留清洗液,
