高山红景天又名库页红景天、红景天,为景天科红景天属多年生草本植物,是长白山珍稀药用植物之一。在我国主要分布于吉林省的长白、安图、抚松及黑龙江省的海林、尚志等县的部分山区。 高山红景天在传统中医中具有“扶正固本”之功效。民间也常用其泡酒或煎水抵抗高寒山区冬季寒冷和消除重体力劳动带来的疲劳。近代研究指出,红景天有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗严寒、抗微波辐射、延缓衰老,防治老年性疾病等功效。 红景天主要有效成分为红景天甙、甙元酪醇及超氧化物歧化酶等;还含有脂肪、蜡、甾醇、淀粉、鞣质、酚性化合物、黄酮、有机酸、蛋白质、水溶性挥发油等;红景天全株含有18种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸7种,28种
