目的探讨蔬菜水果的摄入量与心脑血管病的关系。方法:利用简化的食物频数调查表调查青岛港职工的饮食情况,青岛港在职的18~54岁全体职工,共11286人,其中男8686人,女2600人接受调查,研究蔬菜水果的摄入量对心脑血管疾病及其危险因素的影响。结果蔬菜水果摄入量少的职工,血压,血脂较蔬菜水果摄人量较多的职工略高,并且,摄入蔬菜水果较少组高血压、高脂血症和代谢综合征地患病率都显著高于摄入蔬菜水果较高的一组。结论:平时摄人蔬菜水果的量与心脑血管病及其危险因素有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the intake of fruits and vegetables and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
