目的提升医务人员对医院感染控制的意识。方法从医院感染的严重危害谈起,对医务人员医院感染意识的提升在预防和控制医院感染中的作用进行浅显的探讨。结果医务人员自觉地提升对医院感染的认识,做到管理规范化、操作标准化、监测常规化,这样强化了预防医院感染意识,提升了医务人员的医院感染控制意识。结论预防和控制医院感染是保障患者安全、提高医疗质量以及维护医务人员职业健康的一项重要工作。
Objective To raise awareness of medical staff on hospital infection control. Methods Talking about the serious harm of nosocomial infection, this paper briefly discusses the role of medical staff in improving nosocomial infection in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Results The medical staff conscientiously raised their awareness of nosocomial infections, standardized management, standardized operation and routine monitoring. This strengthened awareness of prevention of nosocomial infections and raised awareness of nosocomial infection control among medical staff. Conclusion Prevention and control of nosocomial infections is an important task in ensuring the safety of patients, improving the quality of medical care and maintaining the occupational health of medical personnel.
