2,6-二氨基吡啶是白色的片状晶体,在空气中易氧化而变黑,熔点为119~121℃,是医药、农药、染料、添加剂等生产中不可缺少的重要中间体。传统工艺是以吡啶和氨基钠为起始原料,首先合成α-氨基吡啶,再由α-氨基吡啶合成2,6-二氨基吡啶,该工艺流程长、收率低,仅有47%,没有实用价值。我们尝试利用吡啶和氨基钠为起始原料,在相转移催化剂A作用下,合成2,6-二氨基吡啶,并取得了较为满意的结果,该法具有操作简单、工艺流程短、反应时间少、产率高、成本低等优点,值得工业化推广。1合成原理 利用吡啶和氨基钠合成2,6-二氨基吡啶的化学方程式如下:
