美国的住房保障主要分为增加供给和补贴需求两大模式美国一直将低收入阶层的住房问题看做是城市发展规划重要议题,其住房保障的成功经验对我国有较大的启示。
The housing security in the United States can be divided into two major modes: increasing supply and subsidizing demand. The United States has always regarded the low-income housing issue as an important issue in urban development planning. Its successful experience in housing security has great enlightenment for our country.
