广州的短日照对短光低温不育水稻宜D1S育性转换的影响

本试验通过在广州对宜 D1S的周年育性观察及人工短日处理对其育性转换的影响分析得到 :(1)宜 D1S是一个光敏性较强的材料 ,在广州一年中具有明显的从不育→可育→不育的育性转换特点。 (2 )宜 D1S的光敏期为幼穗分化 期~ 期。在常温下光敏期适当的短日处理可使育性趋于完全不育 ,但在高温下光敏期短日不育效应被削弱。作者认为这是高温条件下光温互作的一种表现形式 ,而非高温单因子作用效应。 (3)一定的营养生长期短日处理可使宜 D1S的育性得以显著下降。 In this experiment, we analyzed the annual fertility of D1S in Guangzhou and the effects of artificial short-day treatment on its fertility conversion. The results are as follows: (1) D1S is a highly photosensitized material with a significant From infertility → fertile → infertility fertility conversion characteristics. (2) The photoperiod of D1S should be the stage of panicle differentiation. The appropriate short-day treatment of photoperiod at room temperature tended to be completely sterile, but the short-term male sterility at the photoperiod was weakened at high temperatures. The authors think this is a manifestation of light and temperature interaction under high temperature, rather than the high temperature single factor effect. (3) A certain period of vegetative growth can shorten the fertility of Yi D1S significantly.
