锂盐作为一种抗精神兴奋的药物已在精神病界得到广泛的使用,它不仅对各种情感障碍有一定的治疗作用,而且对情绪行为也有一定的调节作用。本文采用不同剂量的锂盐注射大鼠体内,观察其对不同脑区和血液内几种电解质的含量及心电图的影响,以便探讨锂盐的作用机制问题。 实验结果表明,大鼠注射锂盐3~5日后,锂到达各脑区。剂量增加,积蓄增多,特别是大剂量时间脑积蓄最多,达到4.18MEq/克湿重。由于锂的作用,各脑区电解质的含量均发生改变,小剂量组间脑
Lithium salt, as an anti-psychotropic drug, has been widely used in the psychiatric community. It not only has a certain therapeutic effect on various affective disorders, but also has a certain regulatory effect on emotional behavior.
