本文试用富含RSV-IgG的成人新鲜血浆治疗15例重症RSV感染,并同对照组比较。结果显示:(1)输注RSV-IgG血浆组和对照组患儿血清特异性IgG水平均较低,几何平均抗体滴度分别为578.90±3.79和590.73±4.37(P>0.05)。(2)在冬春季健康献血员血浆中均有较高滴度的RSV-IgG(ELISA效价为1:12800～102400),用其治疗34例次重症RSV感染患儿,无不良反应。而气促、肺部罗音和心衰等症状的持续时间及治愈时间,均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。
In this paper, fresh RSV-IgG-rich adult plasma was used to treat 15 cases of severe RSV infection and compared with the control group. The results showed that: (1) Serum specific IgG levels were lower in the RSV-IgG plasma and control groups, with geometric mean antibody titers of 578.90 ± 3.79 and 590.73 ± 4.37, respectively (P> 0.05). (2) RSV-IgG (ELISA titer was 1: 12800 ~ 102400) had high titer in the plasma of healthy blood donors in winter and spring. There were no adverse reactions in treating 34 children with RSV infection. The shortness of breath, lung rales and heart failure and other symptoms duration and cure time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05).
