碳氮共渗零件比渗碳处理零件的性能和使用寿命优越。共渗处理后如果存在表面黑网,表面黑相或过渡区黑带等缺陷,对零件的耐磨性能和疲劳性能是有害的。因此碳氮共渗必须由共渗工艺因素避免产生这些缺陷组织。我厂对20CrMnTi钢汽车齿轮,采取两段碳氮共渗工艺,取得较好的效果。用工业煤油和氨作为共渗介质,前段进行高温渗碳、后段进行低温共渗。碳氮共渗装置如图1所示,两段共渗工艺曲线如图2所示。升温段供以大量煤油和多量氨,到温排气段继续供以大量煤油而停止供氨,使炉
Carbonitriding parts have superior performance and service life than carburizing parts. After the osmosis treatment, if there are defects such as surface black net, surface black phase or transition zone black belt, it is detrimental to the wear resistance and fatigue performance of the parts. Therefore, carbonitriding must be made by the common process factors to avoid the formation of these defects in the organization.
