目的把风险因素模糊综合评判法运用在职业病危害风险评价中,尝试建立一套科学合理、量化可比,能够在实际职业病危害风险评价中推广应用的多指标综合评价方法。方法参考标准、文献、国内相关指标体系,并对汽车制造及相关行业(下简称汽车行业)生产企业进行职业卫生预调查和专家咨询,逐级分解目标风险因素,初步建立职业病危害风险因素指标体系及模糊评判准则;采用头脑风暴法和层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果初步形成汽车行业职业病危害评价体系、评判准则及指标权重,该体系从多角度反映了汽车行业生产企业的职业卫生工作概况。结论模糊综合评判法对企业职业病危害风险因素给予综合性评价,能划定风险等级,给出确切结论。
Aim To apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of risk factors to risk assessment of occupational diseases and try to establish a set of multi-index comprehensive evaluation methods which are scientifically reasonable, quantifiable and comparable and can be applied in risk assessment of occupational diseases. Methods Reference standards, literature and domestic related index system were established. Pre-investigation of occupational health and expert consultation were conducted on manufacturing enterprises in automobile manufacturing and related industries (hereinafter referred to as automobile industry), and the target risk factors were gradually decomposed, and the index system of occupational disease risk factors And fuzzy criteria; using brainstorming and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. The results initially formed the evaluation system of occupational hazards in the automotive industry, evaluation criteria and weight of indicators. The system reflected the general situation of occupational health in manufacturing enterprises in the automobile industry from many aspects. Conclusions The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method gives a comprehensive evaluation of the risk factors of occupational hazards in enterprises, and can determine the risk level and gives the exact conclusions.
