目的 :观察低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :98例脑梗死患者 ,随机分为 LMWH治疗组 5 6例 ,对照组 42例。观察其临床疗效、治疗前后的血液流变学及其它实验室指标。结果 :LMWH组的临床显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组 ,血液流变学指标明显改善 ,而血小板计数、出凝血时间及凝血酶原时间无明显改变。结论 :LMWH作为一种治疗缺血性脑血管病的药物 ,疗效好且安全
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 98 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into LMWH treatment group 56 cases, control group 42 cases. To observe the clinical efficacy, hemorheology before and after treatment and other laboratory indicators. Results: The clinical effective rate and total effective rate in LMWH group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the indexes of hemorheology were significantly improved. The platelet count, clotting time and prothrombin time had no significant change. Conclusion: LMWH is a good and safe drug for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease
