山楂果实营养、药用价值甚高。但由于不耐贮藏,收获后常常造成大量烂果,给果农和果品加工业造成严重的经济损失。因此,山楂在常温下的贮藏、保鲜一直是广大果农期待解决的一大难题。为了探索山楂烂果原因,并探求保鲜途径,我们于1984—1987年,对山楂烂果的原因进行了研究、分析,并采用药物处理的办法延长山楂的贮藏期,取得了较好的效果。材料和方法山楂收获季节,从辉县后庄、黄水等产地采回手摘果。贮藏前,先将虫果、伤果拣出,再用药物浸果。所用药剂有:100倍仲丁胺(河北产)、150倍高分子膜(精)(北京农大)、150倍高分子膜(粗)(河北产)、96%氯化
