为提高门诊护理工作质量 ,对 430 7例门诊病人咨询问题进行统计调查 ,分析病人咨询的问题以医疗就诊最多 ,其次为询问地点位置、协助填写门诊病历首页、护理治疗、护送帮助等。究其原因 ,采取措施 ,并认为对咨询工作需具备四大要素 :护士的观察力、业务水平、服务质量及硬件配套。另外要从思想上转变观念 ,一切为病人着想 ,在门诊创造一个舒适轻松的氛围 ,减轻病人的精神压力和负担。
In order to improve the quality of outpatient care work, a statistical survey of 430 outpatient consultations was conducted to analyze patient consultations with the highest number of medical visits, followed by the location of inquiries, assisting in the filling out of outpatient medical history, nursing care, and escort assistance. Study the reasons, take measures, and think that there are four major elements in the consulting work: the observation ability, business level, service quality, and hardware support for nurses. In addition, it is necessary to change ideas from ideology, consider everything for the patient, create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in the clinic, and reduce the patient’s stress and burden.
