细胞色素P450(即CYP450)在各种内外源性物质包括致癌物及药物代谢中发挥重要作用。既往研究表明脑肿瘤同其他正常组织及其他类型肿瘤一样表达多种CYP450。本综述概括了脑肿瘤内CYP450的分布、多型性、单核苷酸多态性及在脑肿瘤的发生发展、化学治疗中CYP450的重要作用。
Cytochrome P450 (ie, CYP450) plays an important role in various endogenous and exogenous substances including carcinogens and drug metabolism. Previous studies have shown that brain tumors express multiple CYP450s like other normal tissues and other types of tumors. This review summarizes the distribution, polymorphism, single nucleotide polymorphism of CYP450 in brain tumors and the important role of CYP450 in the development of brain tumors and chemotherapy.
