李××,男性,46岁,工人。 1982年5月5日入院。住院号:196900。病史:1976年6月左耳前区被一铁管撞击,当时局部形成血肿,一周后消退,无骨折。以后逐渐出现咀嚼时左颞颌关节突然疼痛、运动受限,1979年以后,发现下颌右偏,并渐出现咬合错乱,下颌前突,影响语言、咀嚼及面容而来我科医治,既往未行任何治疗,本人否认家族中有类似疾病。局部检查:颜面两侧明显不对称,右侧颜面下陷下1/3,左侧高隆,下颌右偏并前突,左耳屏前明显突起,触之硬如骨样,
