2618A-T6铝合金锻件在工厂生产中常出现性能不合格问题,为此进行了T6热处理制度的试验和研究。通过正交设计,对淬火和时效筛选出最佳的制度,该方案经方差分析和重复试验后表明,所选工艺能确保2618A-T6锻件的性能合格。
2618A-T6 aluminum alloy forgings often appear in the factory production performance problems, for which T6 heat treatment system of testing and research. Through orthogonal design, the best system is selected for quenching and aging. The analysis of variance and repeated tests show that the selected process can ensure the performance of 2618A-T6 forgings.
