上世纪末,我国在旧路改造中开始使用就地冷再生技术,并积极开展沥青路面再生技术研究,冷再生技术的广泛应用,不仅能够提高道路大中修养护质量,还能再生利用旧路材料,具有显著的社会经济效益,且对环境保护极为有利。现阶段,最常见的再生方式包括水泥、乳化沥青及泡沫沥青再生。其中乳化沥青再生混凝土的优点在于柔性好、抗疲劳性强,具有较长存放时间,在季节与气候方面几乎不受影响,将该材料应用于路面基层施工,可有效提升路面稳定性、耐久性。为此,本文结合具体工程案例,对再生混合料配合比设计、乳化沥青就地冷再生基层施工流程及质量控制进行了分析与探究。

Therefore, this article combined with specific engineering cases, the mix design of recycled mixture, emulsified asphalt in situ cold regeneration grass-roots construction process and quality control were analyzed and explored.
