建立了柱前衍生化-高效液相色谱法测定叔丁基肼盐酸盐含量的方法。以苯甲醛为衍生化试剂,色谱柱为Hypersil~(TM) BDS C_(18),柱温为25℃,流动相为甲醇,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为298 nm。叔丁基肼盐酸盐在3.0~7.0mg范围内与其衍生物峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=179 361X-112 865,R~2=0.999,RSD=0.68%,平均回收率为100.40%。本方法简便易行、样品前处理简单,具有较高的精密度与准确度。
A method for the determination of t-butyl hydrazine hydrochloride by precolumn derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography was established. Benzaldehyde was used as a derivatization reagent. The chromatographic column was Hypersil TM BDS C 18 with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a mobile phase of methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 298 nm.
