通过对苏云金芽胞杆菌发酵后处理工艺的改进,运用超滤及喷雾干燥技术获得新型高效价粉剂.室内生物测定结果表明,该粉剂的杀虫效果为目前工厂常规产品的10倍左右.同时,以CS-1991(H3ab)作为标准品,3龄小菜蛾为供试虫,对其进行了毒力效价测定,测定的高效价粉剂死亡机率值与质量浓度对数值的回归方程为y=3.93+1.26x(r=0.98),LC50=6.98mgL-1,效价为47619.08IUmg-1
Through the improvement of Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation treatment process, the use of ultrafiltration and spray drying technology to obtain a new high-potency powder. Indoor bioassay results show that the insecticidal effect of the powder plant is about 10 times the conventional products.
