青少年学生的道德水平和能力的提高与一般的知识传授不同,与专业技能的训练也不同。新世纪以来我国步入了全面蓬勃发展的时期,新的大环境下,学校德育将如何迎接种种挑战,如何推进德育工作的进步和发展,是当今学校德育工作的重要目标。本文尝试从初中班主任德育工作的实践和探索加以浅析。
Adolescent students’ improvement of their moral standard and ability is different from that of general knowledge transfer and training of professional skills. Since the beginning of the new century, our country has entered a period full of vigorous development. Under the new environment, how to meet the challenges of moral education in schools? How to promote the progress and development of moral education is an important goal of today’s school moral education. This article attempts to analyze the practice and exploration of moral education among junior middle school teachers.
