目的:总结新生儿持续胎儿循环的超声图像特点。方法:应用PHILPS CX50临床超声诊断仪,行常规新生儿超声心动图检查,重点观察大动脉短轴切面、剑下双房切面及心尖四腔心切面。结果:11例患儿超声表现为:大动脉短轴切面可见由肺动脉向降主动脉分流的蓝色血流信号;三尖瓣可见中到大量反流血流信号;右心系统增大;频谱多普勒可估测肺动脉收缩压及舒张压。结论:超声心动图检查能准确诊断新生儿持续胎儿循环,指导临床救治工作。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the features of ultrasound images of neonatal continuous fetal circulation. Methods: Using the PHILPS CX50 clinical ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, routine neonatal echocardiography was performed to observe the short axis view of the aorta, the double-section view of the swords and the apical four-chamber view. Results: The ultrasound findings of 11 children showed that the blue blood flow signal shunting from the pulmonary artery to the descending aorta was visible in the short axis view of the aorta. The signal of middle to large amount of reflux blood flow was seen in the tricuspid valve, and the right ventricular system increased. Puller estimates pulmonary artery systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Echocardiography can accurately diagnose neonatal persistent fetal circulation and guide clinical treatment.
