“三集五大”体系建设以来,县级供电企业在廉洁从业风险防控方面存在着风险点有所转移、风险教育不够实、监督检查不全面、行为鉴定仍含糊等问题。鉴于此,笔者结合纪检工作实践,围绕强化廉洁从业风险防控工作,提出三方面的对策:一是创新廉洁文化的教育模式;二是打造制度运行规范模式;三是构建风险点监管可控模式。
Since the construction of “three sets and five big systems”, the county-level power supply enterprises have some problems in the prevention and control of the risks of incorruptible employees, such as the risk points are not real enough, the supervision and inspection are not comprehensive, and the behavior appraisal is still vague. In view of this, the author combines the practice of discipline inspection work, focusing on strengthening the prevention and control of corruption risks, put forward three measures: First, innovation and clean culture of education model; second is to create a system of operational norms model; third is to build a risk control model .
