In developing the socialist market economy and establishing a modern enterprise system, many new contradictions have emerged. In the restructuring of enterprises, the document processing encountered such as how to set up the company representative documents, issuing, handling, the parent-child company how to deal with the relationship between the language and a series of new issues. In our view, tracing back to the source means that these problems are not issues of document handling but rather mechanism issues. To solve these new problems fundamentally, the mechanism must first be rationalized.
