1985年,国际劳工组织在日内瓦召开的第71届国际劳工大会通过了《职业卫生服务公约》(第161号)及其建议书(第171号)。该公约于1988年正式生效,到目前共得到了全世界28个国家的正式批准。《职业卫生服务公约》及其建议书分4个部分,全面完整地规范了职业卫生服务,分别为:国家政策的基本原则、职能、组织机构、运行条件。
In 1985, the 71st International Labor Conference of the International Labor Organization, held in Geneva, adopted the Occupational Health Services Convention (No. 161) and its Recommendation (No. 171). The convention came into force in 1988 and so far it has been formally approved by 28 countries in the world. The Occupational Health Service Convention and its Recommendations are divided into four parts, which comprehensively and completely regulate occupational health services. They are: Basic Principles, Functions, Organizations and Operating Conditions of National Policies.
