人才是企业的第一资源,是企业获得并保持相对竞争优势的基础性、战略性和决定性因素。面对发电侧市场化的深刻变革,对发电企业人才队伍建设提出了更高要求。本文以发电企业构建学习型组织的构建为例,就如何突破传统教育培训模式,建立起与企业战略目标、生产经营管控和日常管理模式相匹配的新型人才队伍培育体系进行了探索和实践,以期为发电企业人才开发工作提供借鉴。
Talent is the first resource for an enterprise and the basic, strategic and decisive factor for an enterprise to acquire and maintain relative competitive advantages. Faced with profound changes in market-oriented power generation, higher requirements have been placed on the construction of qualified personnel in power generation enterprises. This paper takes the construction of learning organization for power generation enterprises as an example to explore and practice how to break through the traditional education and training mode and establish a new talent cultivation system that matches with the strategic objectives, production and management control and daily management mode. Provide reference for talent development in power generation enterprises.
