采用影像分析和激光散射来研究微粒助留系统在不同浆料中的絮凝行为,发现无论使用哪种微粒系统,阳离子聚合物的用量都对絮体尺寸有很大的影响,而微粒组分的用量仅在阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)-膨润土系统中对絮体尺寸有影响。用光散射测定的絮凝指数受到聚合物用量和微粒组分用量的共同影响。在手抄片成型过程中絮凝指数与填料的留着有很好的相关性。
Using image analysis and laser scattering to study the flocculation behavior of the particle retention system in different slurries, it was found that regardless of the particle system used, the amount of cationic polymer had a great influence on the size of the flocs. However, The dosage only affects the size of the flocs in the cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) - bentonite system. The flocculation index, as measured by light scattering, is influenced by both the amount of polymer and the amount of particulate component used. The flocculation index was well correlated with the retention of filler during hand sheet forming.
