当今高职学校,校企合作已经成为常态。但在合作中,出现许多问题,值得探讨。本文将浅谈一下作者对校企合作的认识。当前,很多高职学校都在积极的进行校企合作,合作方式有很多种:实训基地、合作办学、联合办学、股份制、订单班等等。在这个大环境下,如何正确认识校企合作,是一个不容忽视的问题。在合作过程中,经常出现“校热企冷”的现象,最终有些合作只是流于形式,并没有真正的让企业与学校深入合作。一、关于深入开展校企合作的建议
