为验证苎麻茎叶等副产物制成的青贮饲料作为粗饲料饲喂肉牛的效果,以6头夏南牛为试验动物,以苎麻副产物青贮饲料替代部分精料,在不同育肥期进行体重测量,并采用B超进行背膘厚(FT)、眼肌面积(LA)、肌间脂肪(IMF)活体测量,育肥8个月后屠宰测量净肉率。最终对各组数据进行个体差异显著性分析。结果表明育肥前2个月增重迟缓、第3-6个月持续快速增长,后2个月增重速度降低;背膘厚度(FT)1.02±0.16cm;眼肌面积(LA)133.15±5.06cm2;肌间脂肪(IMF)7.93±0.17%;净肉率46.65±0.71%。说明利用苎麻副产物青贮饲料喂养夏南牛是可行的,苎麻青贮饲料可代替部分精饲料,可减少25%的精饲料用量,降低饲喂成本,可以在苎麻产区推广这种饲养模式。
In order to verify the effect of silage made from by-products of ramie stems and leaves as roughage on beef cattle feeding, 6 heads of summer cattle were used as experimental animals, part of silage by substituting silage by ramie was used to measure body weight in different fattening periods, B-ultrasonography was used to measure the backfat thickness (FT), ocular muscle area (LA) and IMF (in-body fat), and the net meat mass rate after slaughtering for 8 months. Finally, each group of data for individual differences in significance analysis. The results showed that weight gain was slow for 2 months before fattening, sustained and rapid growth in 3-6 months and weight gain rate in 2 months later. Backfat thickness (FT) was 1.02 ± 0.16cm; LA was 133.15 ± 5.06 cm2; intermythral fat (IMF) 7.93 ± 0.17%; net meat rate 46.65 ± 0.71%. The results showed that it is feasible to use ramie by-product silage to feed xannan cattle. Ramie silage can replace some of the concentrate, reduce the amount of concentrate feed by 25%, reduce the feeding cost and promote the feeding mode in ramie producing area.
