通过不同杀菌剂药效试验,从中筛选出烯唑醇拌种防治玉米丝黑穗病效果显著,优于三唑酮的防治效果。应用烯唑醇不同剂量拌种试验结果,以20克拌玉米种100公斤比较适宜,既有效又经济,且对玉米安全。烯唑醇乳油和烯唑醇可湿性粉剂两种剂型比较试验,均用20克拌玉米种100公斤,防病、保产效果相仿,均达极显著水平。不同处理方法试验结果,以烯唑醇20克湿拌闷种防病效果最好,0.02%浸种防效较差。大田示范结果表明,应用烯唑醇20克湿拌种100公斤,防病效果达89.5%,保产34.9%。
Through different fungicides efficacy test, the results showed that diniconazole seed dressing could control maize head smut effectively and was better than triadimefon. Application of different concentrations of diniconazole seed dressing test results to 20 grams of mixed corn 100 kg more appropriate, both effective and economical, and corn safety. The two formulations of diniconazole EC and diniconazole wettable powder were compared with 100 kg of 20 gm mixed corn. Different treatment methods test results to diniconazole 20 grams wet mixed borne kind of prevention and treatment of the best, 0.02% soaking effect is poor. Field demonstration results show that the application of diniconazole 20 g wet dressing 100 kg, disease-prevention effect of 89.5%, 34.9% of guaranteed.
