成品板减薄可以降低HiB钢的铁损,但高斯织构锋锐度会受厚度或表面效应的影响,一般0.20 mm厚度为极限。本文使用预冷轧法和普通一次轧法制备出0.23 mm和0.16 mm的样品,通过EBSD及XRD技术比较了其冷轧、脱碳及高温退火后的微观及宏观组织及织构。结果表明,冷轧压下量在很大程度上影响了高斯织构的演变,过大或过小的压下量都对高斯的异常长大有不利的影响。厚度越薄的样品,高温退火时,表面能影响越早,因此对织构及第二相钉扎能力的要求越严格。
The thinning of the finished plate can reduce the iron loss of HiB steel, but the sharpness of Gaussian texture plate will be affected by the thickness or surface effect. Generally, the thickness of 0.20 mm is the limit. In this paper, the samples of 0.23 mm and 0.16 mm were prepared by the pre-cold rolling method and the ordinary one-shot rolling method. The microstructure and texture after cold rolling, decarburization and high temperature annealing were compared by EBSD and XRD techniques. The results show that the rolling reduction affects the evolution of Gaussian texture to a large extent. The excessive or too small reduction have an adverse effect on the Gaussian abnormal growth. The thinner the sample, the higher the annealing temperature, the earlier the surface energy will affect the texture and the ability to pin the second phase.
