教学是教师与学生的双边活动。初中的英语教学中教师要对学习者善加引导,促进全体共同进步,避免出现学习的两级分化的现象。而如何让学习者能够充满兴趣的学习是我们在教学工作方面所面临的带有普遍意义的、值得探索的问题。为此我在工作中进行了观察和教学研究。人常说兴趣才是最好的老师。我国的大教育家孔子说过课前:知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。其中的“乐”说的就是“兴趣”。所以,作为知识的传导者,学科教师必须对教学行为进行预先设计,并想方设法地以更吸引人、更丰富的教育方法和更幽默风趣的教风引发并保持学习者的求学欲望。若学习者真正对事物充满好奇,
Teaching is a bilateral activity of teachers and students. In junior high school English teaching, teachers should make good guidance to learners to promote common progress and avoid the phenomenon of two levels of learning differentiation.
