在中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. sinensis)天然分布区选择8个居群,代表山西省西南、东南和北部地区,对叶片、种子、果实的13个表型性状进行统计分析.变异系数(Cv)在3.1%~26.5%之间,表型性状存在丰富的多样性.营养性状变异度水平最大,平均变异系数(Cv)为20.1%;种子性状最小,平均为8.98%;西南地区果实性状有较高的多样性,平均变异系数(Cv)达到20.9%.单因素方差分析显示居群间和地区间多个性状存在显著差异(P<0.01);相关分析和聚类分析显示地区间的差异没有明显的地理模式.
Eight representative populations of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. Sinensis were selected to represent 13 phenotypic traits of leaves, seeds and fruits in southwestern, southeast and northern Shanxi Province.The coefficient of variation (CV) Among 3.1% ~ 26.5%, the phenotypic traits were rich in diversity.The highest variation degree of nutritional traits, the average coefficient of variation (Cv) was 20.1%, the smallest was the seed trait, with an average of 8.98% (Cv) reached 20.9% .Univariance analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences among multiple traits in inter-group and inter-region (P <0.01).
