本文简述了企业对员工培训的主要方法、内容及培训的必要性。通过列举大量实例,认为:在企业中,组织的规模、产品质量、价格、营销策略等固然重要,是组织的竞争力。但搞好员工的培训,去体现人的因素第一,通过卓有成效的培训,使员工的素质大大提高,会提高产品的质量、降低成本,开发新的受人欢迎的产品、实施更好的营销策略等等,转化为巨大的生产力,实际上也就具有了竞争力。
