三峡电站2003年首批机组将要投入发电,目前随着枢纽梯调中心的成立,水库运行调度、水情预报等筹备工作已迫在眉睫。其中涉及到的水库调度预报信息,将是未来三峡水库调度的重中之重。针对采用何种通讯方式能及时、准确、可靠地获得三峡库区水情站点的水情信息,结合葛洲坝电站多年从事水情测报工作的经验,及现有远程通讯技术和发展趋势,探讨一下最适合三峡工程水情测报系统信息传输的组网方式。
The first unit of the Three Gorges hydropower station will be put into power generation in 2003. With the establishment of hub ladder center, preparations for reservoir operation dispatching and hydrological forecasting are imminent. Which involves the reservoir scheduling forecast information, will be the top priority of the Three Gorges Reservoir in the future. In view of the means of communication, the hydrological information of the hydrological stations in the Three Gorges reservoir area can be obtained in a timely, accurate and reliable manner. Based on the experiences of Gezhouba Hydropower Station in hydrological survey and measurement for many years and the current remote communication technologies and development trends, The networking mode suitable for the information transmission of the Three Gorges Project hydrological forecasting system.
