“热化系统”的含意是以热电合供为基础,把热电合供与分供按照一定比例结合起来的能量系统。系统中包括尖峰负荷装置和当热化系数小于1时增补容量的冷凝汽轮发电机组。实行集中供热有两种不同的方式。其一是以热电合供为基础的热化系统;其二是单纯的热电分供系统(区域锅炉房加大型凝汽式电厂)对这两种方案进行技术经济比较,才能够确定在什么情况下采用何种方案更为经济合理。
The meaning of the “heating system” is based on the combined heat and power supply, and combines the heat and electricity supply with the supply of energy in a certain proportion. The system includes a peak load device and a condensing turbine generator with a supplementary capacity when the thermal coefficient is less than 1. There are two different ways of implementing centralized heating. One is the heating system based on heat and electricity combined; the other is the simple thermoelectric power supply system (regional boiler room plus large condensing power plant) to compare the technical and economical comparison of these two schemes to be able to determine in what conditions It is more economic and reasonable to adopt what kind of plan.
